Tatton Projects has delivered two office fit-outs in Stockport: a circa £175,000 public service centre fitted out while it stayed open and staffed, and a circa £125,000 high-specification office with a frameless glass boardroom and feature stair.

Built around a building that never closed.
The Stockport service centre is the job to look at if you're asking whether we can build around your operation instead of shutting it down. It's a public-facing floor with ninety-plus staffed positions. We delivered it in phases so positions came back online in batches, powered, cabled and screened before anyone sat down, with noisy trades out of hours and the public kept separate from the works every day. It finished on programme and settled at the agreed final account.
Our second Stockport office, circa £125,000, is a compact, high-specification fit-out: frameless glass partitions to a street-facing boardroom, wide-board oak flooring, recessed linear lighting and a double-height stair.
