Our two Didsbury jobs show the kind of extension we build there. The first, circa £160,000, is a rear extension with a bookmatched marble island and splashback, minimal-frame sliding glazing and rooflights, plus a complete staircase railing and handrail replacement through the house. The second, circa £120,000, is a kitchen extension under a full-length glazed roof with a crittall-style screen onto the garden, the kitchen fitted, and herringbone and large-format tile flooring run through the house.
Didsbury's Victorian and Edwardian semis and terraces nearly all need steelwork to open the back of the house. We design and sign that off before the first wall comes down, and our sister company The Load Bearing Company can supply and fit the steel. We work across Didsbury, West Didsbury, Chorlton, Withington and Burnage.
