An industrial building looks simple: a slab, a frame, a skin and the doors. That is exactly why the few things that matter have to be right first time — the ground and the slab, the frame lining up with the holding-down bolts, a watertight envelope and doors that suit how the building will be used.
We take these jobs from bare site to a finished, trading unit: groundworks and slab, steel portal frame, insulated wall and roof cladding, roller-shutter and personnel doors, and the external works around it. Our Pendrick Self Storage facility was delivered this way for circa £115,000.
