Our Wilmslow job is the one to look at if you own a tired 1930s house there. It was dark and cut up inside. We extended it front and rear, re-rendered it, replaced every window, added a full-width rear extension with bi-folds onto a new terrace, opened the ground floor into one kitchen-living space, and built a new oak staircase and oak-framed porch. It was delivered and settled at the agreed final account.
We're based at Peel House on The Downs in Altrincham and take on substantial projects: extensions and remodels from around £100,000, whole-house renovations, basements and one-off new homes across Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and Handforth. The person who prices your job runs it on site.

As a 2026 guide, extensions with structural alterations run £2,400–£3,600 per square metre of finished floor, and whole-house refurbishment £1,400–£2,800 per square metre, excluding VAT, fees and abnormals. We give a written cost plan from your drawings rather than a guess.
