Project finance · Options up to £2.5m
Build now. Spread the cost.
The biggest project killer isn't planning — it's cash flow. So we've fixed it. Tatton Projects clients can now finance their build through our FCA-regulated finance partner: home renovations, extensions and new builds through to £2.5m commercial fit-outs. One conversation covers the build and the money.
How it works
Four steps.
No bank queue.
We price the project. Our finance partner finds the money. You deal with decision-makers at both ends — no call centres on either side.
We price the project
A fixed-price quote with the working shown, exactly as we always do. Whether you use finance or not, the price is the price — the loan never changes it.
Apply in minutes
We introduce you to Ideal4Finance, our FCA-regulated finance partner. Their secure online application takes minutes, and their finance experts handle the paperwork from there.
A panel of lenders competes
Ideal4Finance searches a panel of lenders representing a fair analysis of the market to find finance that suits your circumstances. Decisions are quick — often hours, not weeks.
We build. The lender handles the rest.
Finance approved, programme agreed, site started. Repayments run between you and the lender — you get one point of contact for the build and a clear agreement for the money.
The options
What can be
financed.
From a family extension to a full commercial fit-out. All finance is arranged by Ideal4Finance from their panel of lenders and is subject to status and lender approval.
Worth knowing
The loan you apply for is not linked to your building contract — it's a separate agreement between you and the lender. Your fixed-price quote from us stands whether you use finance or not, and if you'd rather fund the project another way, nothing changes.
Being declined costs nothing and changes nothing: the quote stands, and there's no obligation at any point.
Why it's different

on both sides.
The facts
Five things to know
- FCA-regulated partner. Ideal4Finance (Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd) is a licensed credit broker — not a lender — authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN 703401.
- A panel, not one bank. They source loans from a panel of lenders representing a fair analysis of the market, matched to what you disclose to them.
- Decisions in hours. Their lenders make quick decisions, so your project can move in days rather than waiting weeks for a bank.
- Commercial funds paid on delivery. On commercial finance, funds are paid directly on delivery of the work — the lender then looks after your repayments.
- Experts handle the paperwork. Once introduced, you're in the hands of their finance team. We get on with the thing we're good at: the build.
Full transparency
Where we stand
- We're the builder. Tatton Projects acts as an introducer to Ideal4Finance. We are not a lender or a credit broker, and we don't give financial advice.
- Commission, declared. Ideal4Finance receives a commission from its lenders when a loan completes, and Tatton Projects may receive a commission as the introducer. Neither ever changes the price of your project.
- The quote is the quote. Finance or no finance, our fixed price stands. We'd rather lose a finance commission than inflate a build price — that defeats the whole point.
- Secured loans carry a warning. Think carefully before securing debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.

Finance,

Our finance partner is Ideal4Finance (Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd), a licensed credit broker authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference number 703401. Options run from smaller residential projects such as renovations and extensions right up to commercial facilities of £2.5m for office fit-outs, refurbishments and larger schemes. Every loan is subject to the lender's assessment and approval.
Ideal4Finance's lenders make quick decisions — often within hours rather than weeks. The application is a secure online form, and their finance team handles the paperwork from there.
No. The loan you apply for is not linked to the product or service you are purchasing — it's a separate agreement between you and the lender. Your fixed-price quote from us stands either way.
Nothing changes on the building side. Your quote stands, there's no charge for having asked, and you can fund the project however suits you. Applying carries no obligation.
That depends on the type of loan offered. Unsecured loans are not secured against your home. If a secured loan is offered, think carefully before securing debts against your home — your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it. Any advice on a secured option comes from the secured lender directly.
Mention finance when you send your enquiry, or call 0161 706 2907. We price the project as normal, then make the introduction — Ideal4Finance takes it from there.
Price it. Fund it. Build it.
Send us the project and mention finance in your enquiry. You'll get a fixed price from the person who'd run the job, and an introduction to the people who can fund it — often with a decision in hours.
