We deliver commercial fit-out and refurbishment across the UK: Cat A and Cat B offices, care homes and healthcare, hotels and restaurants, retail units and public-facing service buildings. The common thread is programme, procurement and commercial control, the same discipline whatever the sector.
Much of it is done in occupied buildings: hotels that kept selling rooms, care homes with residents in their beds, service centres with the public coming through the doors. Phased handbacks, dust and route separation and out-of-hours working are routine.
