Hale basement conversion
A full basement conversion built beneath an existing house in Hale, Cheshire, turning an unused cellar into finished living space.
The structure was underpinned, the new envelope tanked and waterproofed, and services run for a cinema room, a home office and a lounge. Finishes were carried through to the same standard as the house above.
