Maximising Space with Smart Engineering
Tatton Projects recently completed a warehouse extension for Grass Warehouse in Warrington, providing the client with additional operational capacity within a tight, constrained site.
The Project
Building dimensions: 20m x 5m x 4m
Cladding specification: 32/1000 single-skin cladding
Contract value: £75,000 + VAT
Duration: 4 weeks
Our design team engineered a cold-rolled mono-pitch steel-frame structure, connecting seamlessly to the existing building and maximising every square metre of available land.

Challenges and Solutions
The extension had to fit within restricted boundaries while maintaining full site access for ongoing warehouse operations. Through careful planning and structural design, we delivered a cost-efficient solution that increased usable floor area without compromising functionality.
The Result
The new extension provides Grass Warehouse with valuable additional space for storage and logistics, supporting their continued growth. Delivered safely, efficiently, and on time — it’s another strong example of Tatton Projects’ commercial construction expertise.

📍 Location: Warrington💰 Value: £75,000 + VAT🕓 Duration: 4 weeks
